Lisa A. Melchior, Ph.D., President of The Measurement Group LLC, is a California-licensed psychologist specializing in program evaluation, applied measurement, testing, health services strategic planning, and organizational consulting. Dr. Melchior received her Ph.D. in Psychology in 1990 from the University of Michigan and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Assessment Psychology, as well as a Fellow of Division 5 (Evaluation, Measurement, and Statistics) and Division 50 (Society of Addiction Psychology) of the American Psychological Association. Her work focuses primarily on the evaluation of health and social service models for vulnerable populations, including women with co-occurring substance use, mental health, and trauma disorders; families in the child welfare system; people with disabilities; older adults; and individuals living with, or at high risk for HIV/AIDS. She also has evaluated a number of workforce development initiatives to improve health and social services for underserved populations.
